1Acceptance of Terms

2Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one ezg88 account. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without prior notice. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and all activity that occurs within your account. ezg88 recommends that you:
- Using a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other account.
- Not sharing login credentials with anyone, including family members.
- Logging out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
- Reporting to the ezg88 support team immediately if unauthorised access is suspected.
Ezg88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
3User Responsibilities & Terms of Use
Users of the ezg88 platform agree to use the service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical tools to manipulate the betting or gaming system.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, identity falsification, or illegal activity on the platform.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the ezg88 system.
- Opening an account on behalf of another person or transferring account ownership to a third party.

4Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the ezg88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved payment methods, including DuitNow and GrabPay. ezg88 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The general terms governing transactions are as follows:
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the selected payment method and may change in line with the platform's current policies.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stipulated for the selected method, subject to required security checks.
- Ezg88 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes, and will notify users through available support channels.
- Any transaction suspected of involving fraud or a breach of ezg88's policies may be voided, and the relevant account balance may be frozen pending investigation.

5Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Ezg88 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, technical errors, or any particular outcome for any bet or game. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, ezg88 disclaims all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall ezg88's total liability to a user exceed the amount of the user's most recent deposit made within the 30 days prior to the claim.

6Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Ezg88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances: suspected fraud or illegal activity, violation of these Terms & Conditions, a request by the user themselves, or instructions from a competent authority. Where an account is closed due to a user's violation, any remaining balance may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.

Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
